This duplex 100 meters from the sea, on the Marbella promenade, next to the lighthouse, has an extraordinary location to spend a few days relaxing. Third floor, side views of the Marbella marina. Ground floor, fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, a complete bathroom with shower, living room with smart TV, sofa bed and small terrace to enjoy its views. Upstairs, 1 large bedroom with fitted wardrobes, 1.50 double bed and single sofa-bed (children) and a full bathroom. Swimming pool in the attic with solarium.
