Magnificent Duplex apartment 'Marbella House 106' located in a luxury urbanization in the center of Marbella, on the beach. This duplex has a ground floor kitchen open to the living room, dining room, toilet and terrace overlooking Calle Ramón Gómez de la Serna. Upstairs two bedrooms with two bathrooms en suite. Fully equipped, air conditioning, 24 hour security, tropical gardens, swimming pools, gym, squash, sauna. Exceptional location in front of the beach and next to supermarkets, shops, restaurants and all kinds of services.
Space
This magnificent 90-meter duplex has 1 bedroom with a double bed and bathroom with shower and a second bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom and bathtub, with access to a small terrace.
Services and common areas
The complex has magnificent well-kept tropical gardens, a large swimming pool with hammocks, a gym with all kinds of machines, a sauna, and 2 squash courts. 24 hour security.
Optional garage and always subject to availability with an additional charge of €10/night.
Community pool: Open at Easter from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and from 06/05 to 09/15 from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (these dates are subject to change) Please check if the pool will be open open with our staff.
Gym/Sauna/Squash Courts: Open all year from 09:00 a.m. to 09:00 p.m.
Other notable aspects
The safety of our guests is the most important thing, so following the recommendations of the WHO, we have expanded our cleaning protocol in our apartments, using disinfectant products both for cleaning the entire apartment (floor, furniture, upholstery, utensils, etc. ) and for washing bedding and towels (60 degrees). Requests with additional charge:
- Pool towels: €3 per unit/per stay.
- Cot and high chair: €30 per stay.
- Pets: €45 per stay (on request).
- Early / Late check-in and late check-out: Check availability, times and prices.
Additional information: the parties must comply with the current regulations established for this purpose, in particular Decree 28/2016 of the Junta de Andalucía, which regulates homes for tourist purposes, presenting their identification document and signing the vacation rental contract
