This house on the ground floor located in the historic center of the city, has a lot of charm as it has been recently renovated. The old town of Marbella is one of the most beautiful areas of the city with its small streets lined with shops and restaurants.
The house has two floors, on the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, living room and kitchen, and an extra bedroom with a sofa. On the second floor you can find two other bedrooms also with double beds and another bathroom. From the first floor you access a beautiful terrace where you can contemplate the views of the wall of the 11th century Muslim Castle.
The house has hot and cold air conditioning. It does not have parking.

- Pool towels: €3 per unit/per stay.

Additional information: the parties must comply with the current regulations established for this purpose, in particular Decree 28/2016 of the Junta de Andalucía, which regulates homes for tourist purposes, presenting their identification document and signing the vacation rental contract.
